Preparation for internationally recognized English language certificates.

examinations and certificates

The high standard that we set throughout our entire teaching programme is based on the level of knowledge a student needs to pass the most widely respected, widely recognised and most rigorous English language exams – those set by Cambridge English Language Assessment, a part of the University of Cambridge and which are organised by the British Council.

We specialise in:

FCE (First Certificate in English)

at upper intermediate level or level B1
according to the CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for Language).

CAE (Cambridge Advanced English) – C1 CEFR.

CPE (Cambridge Proficiency in English) – C2 CEFR.

CPE is generally regarded as the highest attainment of English language for a non-native speaker, and we take great pride in the fact that we have a 100% pass rate for all our exams and all our candidates.

**At the most recent CPE examination held by the British Council in Belgrade, there were eighteen candidates - nine of those candidates were from Active English School.**

letter of recommendation from british council

British Council is extremely proud to be your parner in enabling the students of your school to have access to internationally recognised English language examinations, which open doors for them to a brighter and better future.

how to apply

You can register your interest at any time in the year, and if we are unable to find a place for your child when you register, you become a priority for as soon as a place appears. The best time to apply for the new school year in September is from May onwards.
